Synopsis
Blood was drawn from individual only after the individual agreed verbally and signed the written consent form in presence of two witnesses. Blood collection forms were duly filled up and completed after recording blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference. None of the individual reported any reaction after blood collection. All the blood reports were given to the respective individuals 10-14 days after blood collection date and kept a photocopy of the report in office file which was signed by the member who had received the blood report. All the blood collection forms and reports were archived under the safe custody
